Cancel future renewals

Neighborhood Academy renews monthly or annually according to the plan you choose. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your customer account. Complete cancellation before the next renewal charge to avoid that charge.

Log in, open Account, select Digital Products or Subscriptions, choose Neighborhood Academy, select Go manage subscription if shown, and confirm Cancel subscription. If the account process is unavailable or you need assistance, email info@everywherelearning.com with the email address used for your membership. Please do not send card numbers or passwords.

Account cancellation keeps your access active through the end of the billing period you have paid for. It stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund the current payment.

Seven-day first-purchase refund

If Neighborhood Academy is not the right fit, request a full refund of your first membership purchase within seven days of that payment. This applies to either the monthly or annual plan and is available once per customer for the first purchase. Email info@everywherelearning.com with your membership email and request within that window. You do not need to give a reason.

When we issue this full first-purchase refund, we will also end the refunded membership and future renewals. Member content access will end when the refunded membership is removed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Renewal payments and other issues

After the first-purchase window, payments, including renewals, are generally nonrefundable, and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time. Please contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges or significant access problems so we can investigate and resolve them.

This policy does not exclude cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law. We will honor those rights even when they differ from this policy.
