Membership Terms

About Neighborhood Academy

Neighborhood Academy is a paid membership offered by Everywhere Learning, operated by Jessica Michelle Reyes, a sole proprietor doing business as Everywhere Learning. It provides conversations, activities, and Learning Connections for adults to explore with children in kindergarten through eighth grade.

Membership includes access to the available member catalog and experiences added while your membership is active. Experiences may be revised as the collection develops. Membership does not include individual tutoring, live classes, or a promise of a particular academic result. We do not guarantee a particular schedule or quantity of new experiences.

Adult accounts and family use

The account holder must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your login information secure. Membership is for personal use within your household, including adults helping the children in your household. Please do not share your login outside your household, distribute member-only materials publicly, resell them, or use them for paid instruction or organizational programs without written permission.

You are welcome to use the ideas in everyday conversations and activities and to make any personal copies expressly permitted by an experience. Membership gives you permission to use the content as described here; it does not transfer ownership of Everywhere Learning's content or give permission to republish it.

Billing and automatic renewal

Choose the monthly or annual plan at checkout. The amount, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Your payment method is charged at purchase and automatically at each monthly or annual renewal until you cancel. The plan is an ongoing subscription, not a one-time purchase or lifetime membership.

We will provide notice of material changes to your subscription terms or price and any renewal notices required by applicable law before they take effect. You may cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue. Any legally required additional consent will be obtained.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals through your customer account. Log in, open Account, select Digital Products or Subscriptions, select Neighborhood Academy, choose Go manage subscription if shown, and confirm Cancel subscription. If you need help, contact info@everywherelearning.com.

When you cancel through your account, you retain access through the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy below describes the seven-day first-purchase refund and your other rights.

Exploring safely

An adult is responsible for selecting experiences that suit the child's needs, abilities, and surroundings and for supervising appropriately. Follow product instructions and local rules, account for allergies and accessibility needs, and use suitable care with food preparation, tools, roads, water, outdoor settings, and other practical activities. Adapt or skip an experience when it does not suit your family.

The materials provide general educational ideas. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Everyday topics such as budgeting or stock graphs are learning opportunities, not recommendations to make a particular purchase or investment.

Availability and changes

Internet access and a compatible browser are needed. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact us about access problems so we can help. If we discontinue the service or materially fail to provide paid access, we will address affected payments and access fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

If an account is used to distribute protected content or otherwise materially violates these terms, we may restrict access after providing notice and an opportunity to address the issue where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
